What do we rent?

Class C Motor Homes – 30' Long & 12' High with 4 beds.
Travel Trailers – 20' to 35' Long & 12' High with 2 to 4 beds.

Is there a deposit?

All reservations require a $500 security deposit. (Secured with a credit card) Half or $250 is due at the time you make the reservation. The other half or $250 is due on the day of pick up. The deposit is held on account and goes towards your insurance deductible if it is needed. Provided the unit is returned in the same condition as pick up with no damages and no additional mileage, you will be refunded the full deposit of $500. *In the event of an insurance claim the cusotmer is responsible for paying the full $1000 deductable*

What is your cancellation policy?

*You can purchase the “Cancellation Protection” option for a 1 time fee of $89/ rental.
30 days prior = Full refund of deposit
15 - 30 days prior = Cancellation fee of $100
14 days – No Show = Cancellation fee of $250

How long can I rent something for?

We have Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rental rates. There are no more discounts past the monthly rate. Rentals are counted by the nights you have the RV.

Do you have a minimum rental period?

We have a 3 day minimum all all rental units.

What are the pick-up and drop-off times?

Rental units will be picked up and dropped off in the RV lanes on the west side of the dealership. (Unless you purchase nights at our onsite campground.)
Pick-up Times: Monday – Friday from 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Drop-off Times: Monday – Friday before 10:00am
*We only do Pick-up and Drop-off during normal working hours for the dealership.

What mileage is included?

Motorhomes: 150 free miles per day.
Travel Trailers: No mileage involved.
Additional Mileage is $.45 per mile, or you may purchase the “Mileage Block” option. $350 per 1000 Miles

Can we stay at your campground?

Camping at our on-site campground “Bell RV Village” is not included in the rental. But it is highly recommended for beginners.
*You may purchase the “Campground Intro” upgade, which includes your first nights stay at Bell RV Village. Any additional nights can be purchase at the campground office.

How does the insurance work?

Motorhome: Insure the rental vehicle with your auto insurance, if a rented motorhome is not covered under your policy you can purchase insurance through MBA Insurance here. Insurance through MBA will have a $1000 deductible.
Travel Trailer: Comprehensive and collision insurance is included with a $1000 deductible. You will need to provide proof of insurance on the tow vehicle.

** The customer is responsible for paying the entire insurance deductible if a loss occurs.**

Are there any additional charges?

What is included with the rental?

Water & Septic. You will be provided RV toilet paper, toilet chemicals, and a sewer hose. (More toilet paper and chemicals may need to be purchased in you are taking a longer trip.) You will also be provided a 50' water hose and water pressure regulator.
Propane: Included with motorhome and travel trailer rentals.
Generator: We include 6 hours of usage for each day of rental, there is a charge of $3.00/hr thereafter. Or you may purchase the “Generator Package” for $89 which includes unlimited generator use.
Mileage: We include 150 miles for each day of the rental, there is a charge of $.45/mile thereafter. Or you may purchase the “Mileage Block” at $350/1000 miles.

What appliances come in your rentals?

Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove Top, Microwave, A/C, Furnace, Water Heater, Awning, and TV if applicable. This may vary from unit to unit.

What are the towing requirements for travel trailers?

1. The tow vehicles hitch must be rated above the gross vehicle weight rating of the trailer you plan to rent.
2. Electronic Brake Controller. (If you do not have a Brake Controller you can rent one from us for $69)
3. 7-Way round plug with wired battery charge line on your vehicle.

Can we tow something behind the motorhome?

We do not allow towing behind any rental units. Bike racks or cargo racks are allowed.
